With a slowly increasing amount of rebates, advice and awareness surrounding the particular situation for renters why are so many rental properties in Australia still so badly in need of a Sustainability overhaul? Who needs encouraging and informing? Is it the Landlords, the Real Estate agents or the tenants themselves? Join us for a discussion of some of the practical and simple things we can all do to bring this rapidly increasing Australian housing sector in line with the rest of the community.
